MBA Masterclass - Being Board Savvy (Oct 2020)

‘Being Board Savvy’ is designed for managers and executives seeking a practical understanding of working with a Board and/or aspiring to become a non-executive Director on a Board.

Board Savvy investigates contemporary governance principles, how to effectively and efficiently support information flow & decision making, differentiators of a great non-executive directors and high performing boards, and how boards can add real value.

You will be provided with an opportunity to explore your own aspirations, learn how to get started, and discover your potential board room X-factor.

This is an engaging mix of presentation, practical exercises, self-reflection and group simulation to heighten experiential learning. You will take away a handful of ‘work ready tools’ and templates that you can immediately use.

You must attend all 4 sessions below (all sessions are from 6pm to 9pm):
