Super-saucy and oh-so-dapper Matt Wilkinson, chef and owner of Melbourne eatery Pope Joan is a bit of a talker and a natural gourmand.

Matt’s style of cooking is food for people aspiring to prepare healthy, seasonal food, whether it be for family, friends, special occasions or evenings of mid-week craziness.

This is your chance to hear first-hand about his food and farm-hopping adventures, and steal some of his kitchen tips and recipes to pass off as your own! He’ll be demonstrating one of his all-time family favourites: quick cured beef from his first book with different types of flavoured salts.
