Matt Boylan-Smith and band return to headline a huge night at The Chippo.
About this event
A night not to be missed!
Matt Boylan-Smith is heading back to The Chippo with his band to celebrate the release of his new singles recroded with good pal and Producer Dan Frizza (Tonies and I, George Michael).
Fresh from his appearance at Bluesfest, Matt is joined by his band and also has a few friends appearing on the night including Andy Nelson and his band, Manning Patstston and his band and the wonderfully talented Saije duo.
His last performance at The Chippo sold out in an epic performance that saw Jeff Martin from The Tea Party join the band on stage for an impromptu jam, raucous times and crowd singalongs. This gig promises to be just as mysterious and raucous but most importantly filled with Matt's new band and tracks, a couple of old tracks and a preview of what is to come.
Matt has been getting regular radio play and interviews around the country for his most recent track 16 Miles Wide and Somewhere in Soho is another step up in the storytelling and delivery that is seeing Matt finally come out to release tracks and tour after a long haitus.
Somewhere in Soho has been a single five years in the making, with Matt having worked with Jeff Martin of The Tea Party, Lon LeMaster (Engineer and Mix Engineer on Toto 4), Beau Hill (Founder of Interscope Records) and now, in it's final iteration alongside producer and good pal Dan Frizza.
