The maternal and child health service presents FREE evidence based sleep and settling information for parents of babies 6 to 12 months. Facilitated by a qualified Midwife, Maternal and Child Health Nurse and a Sleep Consultant, these sessions aim to demystify your child's sleep, and give you practical strategies to address any concerns you might have.
