Mastering the Turkish Get Up to bullet-proof your shoulders and develop the mobility and stability needed to lift exceedingly heavy weight above your head.

This workshop is a great introduction to Adaptive Strength, Kettlebells and StrongFirst.
The Mastering the Turkish Get Up is delivered by Certified StrongFirst Instructors.
Over the 2hr workshop we will equip you with the necessary skills in the Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up to begin or progress your training.
During the workshop we will also cover the basics of the program, how and when to work up to heavier bells.
Please Note: This NOT a workout! It is 2 hours of in-depth instruction on just 2 exercises.
However, do wear your gym gear, because you will sweat.
