Mastering the Kettlebell Military Press

This workshop is part of the Box33 Kettlebell Mastery series.
The Military Press is a classic test of strength and great for building strong arms and healthy shoulders.
What you will learn & practice
1. MOBILITY - Ensure you have the require should and thoracic mobility to press the kettlebell above you head safely. Better mobility = better lifts
2. SHOULDER HEALTH - Drills to compliment the Military Press to ensure strong healthy shoulder
3. ACTIVE NEGATIVE - we use active negatives to set up a perfect groove of the press.
4. PRESS - All the progressions. From Floor press, to Tall Kneeling, Half Kneeling, Standing
5. WEDGE - The wedge optimizes the joint angles and greatly reduces the possibility of using cheating or dangerous technique.
6. TRIGGER - We take advantage of this phenomenon. Think of this action as the trigger that sets off the whole works in motion.
7. BREATHING & BRACING - By becoming strong and solid through the core you can lift heavier kettlebells.
