In this hand-on cooking class you will learn 3 ways to cook your duck to perfection. Sharing his secrets, Chef Ricardo Zaratustra will show you how to handle a duck and create that extra crispy skin with duck that melts the mouth!

The Menu

Duck Confit

Poached Duck in Chinese Master Stock, served with steamed Chinese vegetables

Duck a l'orange- Ricardo style with a sweet and sour orange sauce

Duck Fat Potatoes

Finish the evening by enjoying your delicious duck creations with a glass of Australian Pinot
