Description

The business model canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template that will explore the core of your business. It delivers focus, flexibility, and transparency. Used as a standard for business, the business model canvas will help you pinpoint your value proposition, relationships, audience insights, cost structures, revenue streams and your customer’s main pain points.

In this carefully designed workshop, you will learn to address the 9 key elements of the business model canvas and understand the structure of a business plan. You will then be guided through the ideation and business model development stages of your business.
