With the busy lifestyles we lead and the increasing amount of pressure on us, it's no wonder that stress levels, obesity and cardiovascular disease are through the roof. Ironically however, most of these are preventable. We are actually much more in control of our bodies and the way we feel than we realise.
And if you can master this, you will experience more energy, more time to do what you want with the people you want, more clarity, better interactions with your loved ones, better sleep, less stress, less bloating, better weight management, better overall health...we could go on.
So if you want to know how to de-stress, take control of your body and become the master of your own life, this masterclass is for you. With our combined expertise and experience of almost 20 years in the health and wellness space, as well as our individual journeys through the advertising industry, corporate life and entrepreneurship there's really not a lot we haven't been through, on both a personal and professional level.
We know how hectic life can be - juggling a million things at once, each one of high importance, the self-imposed pressure, the voices telling you that you can’t do it. Trust us, we’ve been there. So we have designed this masterclass to help support you through these times and show you how to re-model your approach so that you can indeed start to create the life that you want.
Together with our experience we combine the ancient philosophies of yoga and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to bring you practical tips that you can easily filter into your lives. More specifically, you will learn:

Practical individualised strategies to manage and overcome your stressful situations
How to calm your thoughts and switch off more easily
How to leverage your thoughts to create the life that you want
At the end of the two hours you will walk away with the understanding and ability to make positive changes in your life that will allow you to start creating the body and life that you want, and accelerate you towards where you want to be in a more resourceful and enjoyable way.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Comber Street Studios is located just off of Oxford Street so close to major bus routes or even walking distance from the city. There are 3 parking spots on site which will be available on a first come first served basis, otherwise there is also on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No need to bring anything except an open mind. Tea will be provided.
