FAQs
Is a workbook supplied?
Registrants are entitled to a full workbook to keep for future reference. Upon request, attendees can also obtain an electronic copy of the presentation for personal use.
How many attendees are allowed per class?
Class sizes are strictly limited to a maximum of twelve (12) students to ensure participation and involvement.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations are accepted online thirty (30) days prior to the event. Details of how to cancel are included in your registration confirmation email. Registration fees paid will be refunded within seven days less an administration and booking fee of $AUD100 per delegate.
Can multiple delegates share one registration?
Yes, substitute delegates are permitted at minimums of a half day, however, only one workbook will be provided.
