Building Business Rainmakers: Increase your sales, and client revenue, in tough and competitive markets

One of the biggest challenges to businesses today is consistently bringing in enough clients to meet your cash flow targets. As many business professionals are technically orientated, making client calls, actively networking, initiating sales conversations, or asking for referrals may be an uncomfortable, or unfamiliar, process for them.

As a result, a lot of new business opportunities are not realised due to an inherent sales reluctance, ineffective time management, or sales inexperience.

The Building Business Rainmakers Program teaches people in business development how to increase their business leads and client revenue, from both a new and existing client base, by becoming comfortable and confident with prospecting and selling, and overcoming sales reluctance – especially when operating in tough or competitive markets.

The Building Business Rainmakers Program focuses on the implementation of action, rather than the accumulation of knowledge, so that you can action as you learn. Within the program, you will be personalising the sales strategies, creating your 90-day action plan, and calling clients (new and existing) to book in meetings.

At the end of the one day workshop, you be able to:
* Clarify your revenue targets and prospect conversion rates
* Identify lead generation avenues to meet your targets
* Manage your distractions and time to be dollar productive
* Sustain your motivation to maintain weekly and daily sales activities
* Generate an accountability plan to keep you on track
* Overcome sales reluctance, avoidance, perfectionism and procrastination
* Stay motivated and sales active after dealing with rejection or failure
* Open doors by making selling/business development a comfortable, pressure free, and natural experience
* Create a mouth watering value proposition that makes prospects seek you out
* Set up a sales funnel to turn prospects into clients
* Position yourself to stay top of your client’s mind
* Make yourself easily referable to new prospects
