Event description

Description

Nothing is as irreplaceable as a strong market. The Product-Market Fit helps businesses create a product that can satisfy an existing market, rather than trying to find a market for their new product.

In this workshop, we will examine Empathy Maps for you to better understand the emotional drive of your target market, as well as the Value Proposition Canvas to understand your customers’ needs. Next, we will look at the Minimal Viable Product development technique, and the Lean Startup methodology of “test and learn”.

Here's a quick taste of some of the topics we'll discuss:

  • The importance of defining your value hypothesis
  • How to test whether your business has Product-Market Fit
  • Using empathy to attract and satisfy your market
  • How to develop a Minimal Viable Product

This workshop is for entrepreneurs and startups who want to:

  • Learn about the Product-Market Fit
  • Achieve results with Empathy Maps, the Value Proposition Canvas, Minimal Viable Product and Lean Startup methodology
  • Increase their chances of attracting investment by having a clear Product-Market Fit
