Stress is a silent killer, triggering mental health and physical health problems.
Stress can present as headaches, irritability, insomnia, indigestion, rash, chest pain, insomnia and the list goes on.
It’s time to ‘Master Your Mind’ and take control of your health.
Dr. C. Brian Johnson from West End Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is joined by Mindful Meditation expert Lynda Burke to teach how to still the mind and discover new ways of dealing with stress.
Dr. Brian, is a Wellness Lifestyle Practioner and Vitalistic Chiropractor who has dedicated his life to spreading the holistic health & wellness message and transforming lives.
He says mental health is an important aspect of overall health and well-being.
“Thinking well, eating well and moving well are the three components to optimal wellness,” said Dr. Brian.
Dr. Brian will share insights on the different types of stressors, their effects on our bodies and present practical solutions for de-stressing our lives.
The Master Your Mind workshop (6.30pm, 26 October at 67 Boundary Street, West End) will nurture the connection between mind and body.
Lynda is passionate about sharing her knowledge on how to integrate mindfulness into our daily lives. She will demonstrate simple techniques to apply to daily life until they become a way of being.
