Facitation on the Run will provide you the practical applicability of the FoR model. You will gain an in-depth appreciation for how you are able to develop person –centred relationships to facilitate the learning of others in the workplace and in education settings. The FoR workshop will challenge participants to unravel held assumptions and create new learning in how to develop facilitative ways of being.

Dr.Michele Hardiman is an experienced nursing leader with 37 years’ experience of working in nursing and healthcare in public, voluntary and private setting and 11 years of facilitating person–centred practice. She has recently completed her PhD in the world leading Person-centred Practice Research Centre in Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, UK. The subject of her doctoral studies focused on enabling person-centred cultures through the development of a new method of work-based facilitation, Critical Allies and Critical Friends. She is currently employed as a Practice Development Facilitator in the Galway Clinic an independent hospital in the West of Ireland
