Meet the Panel

Heather Harris – Host

Heather is part of the Mas Careers and Mentoring team and a Registered Career Practitioner who supports apprentices and trainees across Australia. Heather loves supporting apprentices and trainees build confidence, skills and direction early in their careers. Outside of work, Heather enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, aqua aerobics, and finding great food wherever she goes.

Kathryn Talty – Mentor Panelist

Kathryn is a Careers and Mentoring Specialist and brings hands on experience from automotive, heavy diesel, and horticulture industries. Kathryn is passionate about helping apprentice and trainees from all backgrounds feel supported and confident in their careers.

Ashlynn Hull – Mentor Panelist

Ashlynn is an experienced Careers and Mentoring Specialist with years of experience helping apprentices and trainees build confidence and practical skills at work. Ashlynn enjoys supporting people from all walks of life and helping them make the most of their opportunities. When Ashlynn is not mentoring, she loves football and spending quality time with her family.

Mrigakshi Ray – Mentor Panelist

Ray has over a decade of HR and workplace relations experience across industries like IT, finance, transport, aged care, and logistics, and has worked in Australia, Singapore and India. Ray was recognized in 2024 as one of India’s Top 100 under 40 HR professionals and now supports apprentices and trainees through careers and mentoring. Ray is currently studying a Diploma of leadership and management, and loves solo travelling – she has visited 16 countries and counting.
