Join legendary photographer and co-author of Subway Art, Martha Cooper for one night only to launch her upcoming photography exhibition at the Brisbane Powerhouse - Martha Cooper: Street Shots 2019. The Q&A will be lead by Brisbane creative Luke Shirlaw, joined by guests Selina Miles and John Kaye.

Street Shots 1970 - 2019 is one of the largest exhibitions of Martha’s work to date, featuring 40 years of her vast body of icon urban photography, assembled ahead of the release of the upcoming feature documentary Martha: A Picture Story, directed by Australian filmmaker Selina Miles.

Luke is a photographer and creative director, was the marketing force behind Ironlak for over a decade. Currently, he is the founder of Artillery Projects – a graffiti art publisher, and visual studio specialising in mural production, graphic design, and content creation.

John Kaye is an internationally recognised artist who was raised on the Gold Coast. Specialising in large scale murals, paintings and illustrations, John’s work draws from his experiences with love, life, death and freedom.
