The Maroondah Positive Education Network has been implementing Positive Education in our schools for the last 2.5 years in the hope of raising wellbeing, engagement and outcomes for students, staff and the wider school community.

New staff and staff interested in discovering more are invited to a Pos Ed Induction Day where they will hear a brief history of the project, an overview of the Flourish Framework and inspiring case studies of the impact on classrooms and schools.

This is for all staff in schools, because it will highlight the responsibility we all have, in whatever position we hold, for creating a positive climate for teaching and learning.

Participants will develop the knowledge to confidently implement strategies to enhance wellbeing skills and capabilities in staff and students. They will learn how to use these strategies to form high quality connections and will be empowered to become the best version of themselves individually and collectively as part of a team.
