Event description

Description

This workshop will be presented by Amy Doak of Write. Edit. Create.

Part A of a two-part workshop, this presentation focuses on finding your specific target market.

It's all about finding that one excellent customer, and then finding more of them. Amy will help you to identify those customers, then to direct your communication to relate to, resonate with, and capture your perfect audience. You will also learn to make sure you love your customer as much as they love you.

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Small, medium (and micro) business owners

  • Start-ups or if you’re thinking of a new business idea

  • High level thinking

Join us for lunch.
Please advise of any dietary requirements.

Ticket sales close strictly one day prior to each workshop so we can cater accordingly.

Amy has established and grown small businesses in the Bendigo region for almost 15 years. After graduating university with marketing and computing degrees, Amy worked in advertising, marketing, media, and for two years worked as a lecturer in marketing at La Trobe University. In December 2005 she launched Bendigo Magazine and then in 2009 launched the publication, Little One, which was sold in over 16 countries.

Amy now helps people write and publish books, whilst also consulting in marketing, publishing and media. She believes that the key to business success is establishing the ideal customer and determining how to best communicate with them (and also ensuring that you don’t make yourself crazy during the process).
