March with Me, presented by Love Me Love You, is your chance to gather friends and family for a gentle 12km walk through the city of Melbourne and along the Yarra River to raise awareness for youth mental health.
Former AFL player, Lance Picioane is turning his personal struggle with substance misuse, anxiety and depression into a positive message with Love Me Love You – a mental health organisation focused on getting young people back to school, back to sport and back to life.
Along with the 12km walk on the day, the 23rd of October marks the opening of registrations for March with Me 2017 – a two day, 104km walk from Portsea to Melbourne.
The 2016 event raised over $200,000 and Love Me Love You plan on smashing this total in 2017 to ensure they can continue on their mission of reducing the stigma surrounding youth mental health.
There will be information available on the day to guide you through the process of becoming a participant of March with Me 2017.
March with Me brings together people from all walks of life with one positive message – No One Person Travels Their Journey Alone.
Gather your friends and family and join us this October as we embark on the next chapter of Walk with Me.
