I get asked quite a lot of to manifest correctly! We all want to allow flow, see the synchronicities and see what we have asked for manifest into reality. Manifesting is, believe it or not, quite easy!

In this workshop we are going to explore what it takes to properly manifest what it is we want into our lives with ease. If you have never meditated before or been able to identify what it feels like to live from heart space and therefore manifest from the heart it doesn't matter, I will teach you how to "drop in" to this space. We are also going to explore other tools such as essential oils and crystal grinding!

Crystal gridding is a great tool especially when learning how to manifest and direct energy to grow something in your life, whether that be yourself or something physical. Everyone will leave the workshop with knowledge of how to place and activate a crystal grid. You will each receive a bag of crystals and quartz points for amplifying your desire to take home with you so you can practise!
