Managing volunteers through change

What is it about change that people find difficult?  Why do volunteers seem to find the process even more challenging?  In this workshop, Penny shares well known approaches to change and explores why volunteers respond and react the way they do.

Additionally, Penny discusses

  • The important planning stage
  • the role of champions and stakeholders
  • project management and volunteer requirements
  • success enablers and disablers
  • change fatigue

During the workshop you will be able to share common issues, discuss specific challenges and gain a framework to minimise impact and maximise change outcomes.  You will walk away with a list of critical success factor to help your volunteers embrace the change process.
