Description

The ‘masterclass’ reviews the characteristics, impact and dynamics of very difficult workplace behaviour – focussing on ‘live' participant case studies. The workshop identifies the interplay between workplace behaviour, organisational context and culture, IR/HR constraints and the capability of the manager and management team.

The workshop include discussion of potential organisational and HR strategies, case management tools and potential workplace ‘protocols’.

Prerequisite: You must have completes the Managing Very Difficult Workplace Behaviour program to attend this Masterclass

Training Objectives

  • Review the impact, costs and range of typical behaviours, defining and discussing common characteristics of difficult behaviours at work

  • Examine how to assess and manage a range of difficult behaviours

  • Describe and prepare strategies for managing specific types of behaviour

  • Discuss the common internal and personal challenges that difficult behaviour creates for the manager, management team and other staff
