Paula Dunn is a Leadership & Behaviour Growth Strategist that understands PEOPLE and what makes them TICK! The great thing about Paula is that "she's been in your shoes and understands the evolving agile landscape of leading teams. Paula help Leaders & Business Owners to Diagnose, Decode and Re-Design their short and long-term Business Strategies to maximise their Authentic Leadership Styles as well as improving their overall team's performance and Company ROI.

Paula has also worked in Commercial Industry for nearly 20 years as a Research Scientist in Medical Research, Global Project and Operations Leadership Management and has worked with over 100 of the Industry Giants within the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Medical Devices such as Eli Lilly, Roche, BAYER, Cochlear and Johnson & Johnson just to name a few. Paula will harness her 20 years of experience in Starting Up Projects from scratch, under tight timelines, tight budget and limited resources coupled with people management, to help you succeed in whatever stage of your Leadership Journey you're in. Paula has worked with Leading Virtual Teams across JAPAC, USA, EU & UK. Paula has a passion for Role Modelling Excellence so you know you're in good hands when you're partnering with Paula.
