This training course will equip you with an understanding of the strategies to employ to diffuse and reduce conflict within your workplace.
This course will provide you with the understanding of the different conflict management styles, help you determine which is your default conflict management style, and when an alternative style may be more appropriate.
NB: You will need to undertake the Introduction to Managing Conflict package prior to undertaking this face to face session. Please refer to the link under the "Organiser Description" on the bottom right hand side of your screen.
It is further recommended that you also undertake Critical Conversations training prior to, or as close as practical to, undertaking this course if you have not yet done so. Please refer to the NALHN Education Calendar for the next upcoming session.
