Description

The search for happiness is a life long journey, it's hard work, it's frustrating and can be out of reach for most of us. The failures along the way can be a source of anxiety.

Have you ever heard? -

"Why can't you just be happy?"
"Life is about searching for your happiness."
"You have nothing to be unhappy about!"
"7 ways to be happy" (my personal favourite)

What do these questions mean? What is happiness to you, do you really want it and if so, how do you get it? What does psychology tell us about happiness?

Together, we will share our stories, explore the topic and make some personal plans about what we choose to do with this information.

The first half of the workshop will involve group discussion on the topic of happiness and the second half will involve self reflection.

Cost: $15 per person; bring a friend and you pay only $10 each.
When: Monday 7 August, 6pm to 8pm
Location: Group Study Room in the vibrant Melbourne City Library on Flinders Lane.
What you get: Worksheet to identify opportunities for behavioural and thought changes. Group coaching and mentoring.
