Event description
Staying Mentally Well As We Age: Managing Anxiety and Stress (rescheduled face to face session from 11 June)

About this event

This session is to replace the face to face session on 11 June that was unable to go ahead due to Covid19 restrictions.

At times, you may find it difficult to stay mentally and emotionally healthy and strong. If feelings of sadness, worry or grief are preventing you from getting the most out of life, help and support is available.

Nillumbik Shire Council in collaboration with St Vincent's Healthy Ageing Service are pleased to invite you to join us in a series of information sessions about staying mentally well as we age.

This session will explore techniques and strategies to deal with stress and anxiety to keep us feeling calm and clear. Come along and hear from St Vincent's mental health workers and find out more about supports for yourself and your loved ones.

Morning tea provided.
