Session overview

Do you manage staff and volunteers who work off-site with limited contact? Do you have a flexible workforce available to meet changes in demand for your services? Are they able to meet the person-centred needs of your clients? Are you tired of recruiting casual staff only to lose them to full time work elsewhere?

This is the workshop of the year for managers and senior staff in the Aged and Disability Sector that will better equip you to recruit and manage a flexible workforce, which is a necessity.

What’s covered

  • Guiding/supporting each team member to achieve and exceed their goals
