Making cheese and yoghurt is a home craft – there is no need for yoghurt makers or any other gadgets. You can make cheese and yoghurt with all the equipment you have at home!
Learn to make Ricotta, Mascarpone Yoghurt and Labneh.
WasteLess crackers made using leftover whey and grains will allow for tasting of the cheese at the end of the workshop.
