The Western Sydney Dementia Strategy Implementation Group, and Alzheimer's Australia NSW, present a showcase of Best Practice and Innovation in Dementia Care including:

  • Dementia-friendly communities and assistive devices;
  • BPSD management;
  • Consumer & carer stories.
  • And more...

FREE EVENT – for anyone who wants to learn more about dementia, including community workers, people living with dementia and families, health professionals, aged care facility staff.
