Event description

Description

Adobe Illustrator is an invaluable tool for creating eye catching illustrations and graphics for an increasing variety of applications, both digital and print. This workshop covers a number of useful tools and techniques, through the process of creating a cartoon character from scratch.

No drawing skills are necessary as the character will be composed entirely through combining simple shapes, along with some of Illustrator's essential tools and effects.

This session is highly recommended for those attending the 'Character Animation in Adobe After Effects' workshop, as the final character doubles as an animation ready digital ‘puppet’.
Experience using Mac operating system highly preferred, however not essential. Please bring a USB to save your work if desired. This workshop is also an ideal accompaniment to ‘Design Your Own Sticker (Part 1 of 2).
