Fresh Networking has designed a new and improved leadership training workshop to assist, guide and support the Facilitator, Co-facilitator and Education Coordinator in their roles.

Fresh has created a new approach to the succession planning of all hub leadership teams and hub roles. This approach is to:

• Develop and support our leadership teams on a quarterly basis

• Assist leadership teams to identify and encourage hub members to step up into roles

• Provide leadership training consistently, not adhoc

• Support the transition of leadership team roles

• Provide a clear timeline for the term of a leadership team.

The workshop will highlight:

• Rewards of being a Fresh leader

• Importance of your contribution in creating hub success

• Best practices to achieve success: Being A.C.E (Accountability, Communication and Engagement) and Guest Obsessed.

• The Fresh Menu to plan your leadership journey (your timeline for the next 12 months)

What it won’t be!

This will not be a session of walking through agendas, scripts, systems or slide decks. We have designed this session to focus on key leadership practices that when actioned will contribute to the success of your hub.
