In our continued efforts to do the crazy-amazing things we dream up, we are very excited to present Make Nice: An Un-Conference for Creative Women, on September 22 and 23, 2017.

Keynotes of our dreams right here - you’ll be hearing from LA’s Ann Friedman, Journalist and co-host of your favourite podcast and ours, Call your Girlfriend; Ukrainian-born, Australia-based Artist and Tattooist Stanislava Pinchuk (Miso) will be setting aside her work for the likes of Chanel and the NGV to present; Illustrator and Designer Becky Simpson will be coming all the way from Nashville to talk about process and play; and former Head of Creative at the Sydney Opera House and Design Director at Studio Round, Leah Procko will be coming up from Melbourne to tell some truths.

You’ll also be hearing from panelists like business superstara Anna Ross of Kester Black and Amy Nadaskay of Monogram, Dancer and Activist Amrita Hepi, and many more talented ladies to come. We’ll also be keeping it interesting with questions from dynamos Jess Scully and Lex Hirst, because we know they love this stuff as much as we do.

Started in 2016, Make Nice came together after much texting, emailing, and venting: ‘why is this so hard’, ‘how does everyone else do it’, ‘how should I price my work’, ‘is this any good’, ‘I need a drink’.

So we built Make Nice. As a way to, well ... make nice. To make things easier and better. To elevate creative women and to have a damn good time while doing it.

Please note: Friday 22nd will include an evening introductory drinks from approx 6-8pm (TBC), so those taking time off from work or travelling from interstate/internationally are able to not attend the Friday drinks, or arrive in Sydney later in the afternoon on the Friday.
