Maffra Immunisation Session - 9 June 2020

Wellington Shire Council provides all people working and residing within the municipality with a funded immunisation program in line with the National Immunisation Program Schedule.

Influenza is currently offered to the following;

• Children from 6 months of age to less than 5 years of age

• Those that are at an increased risk from Influenza complications between the ages of 5 years and less than 65 years

• Pregnant women (can receive vaccine at any stage of the pregnancy)

• Adults aged 65 years and over

Private Supply (purchase) of Influenza vaccine is currently not available through the Wellington Shire Council. We will advertise and update the website as soon as stock is available.
