Our presenters (so far)

We’ve invited some of the best minds in the business of influence – the creatives in strategy, marketing, advertising and design – to share their secrets and techniques at our workshop. And some from the property world who know the product back to front.

Howard Parry-Husbands, CEO, Pollinate who wowed participants of the Mad Men Sydney event. Howard will lead the workshop with the same verve and fun of Mad Men 1. Howard specialises in how to manage consumer behaviour change and influence positive transformations. His clients range from SBS, Lendlease and David Jones to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, City of Sydney, Planet Ark and the Department of Health. Howard’s particular expertise is in researching identity, placemaking and the built environment.

Adam Cadwallader, Group Director, oOh!Media has worked the media and advertising sector in Australia and New Zealand for over 20 years in senior sales, marketing and content roles. In the past five years at oOh!, Adam has driven significant digital, content and audience experience initiatives across the Australian and New Zealand industry, including the launch of three online publishing platforms that have transformed content delivery for digital out-of-home. These platforms link mobile, social and republishing to digital networks, providing new customer, property and brand experiences.

Craig Roussac, Founder, Buildings Alive works with many of Australia’s leading property owners and operators to help them optimise the resource efficiency of their buildings. Craig was a hit at Mad Men Sydney with his insights into what drives the interaction between human and machine, which in turn drives the comfort that tenants experience. Or not. He previously worked at Investa Property Group and is Fulbright Scholar who has spent almost an entire year at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the University of California, where he contributed to research focused on reducing energy use in buildings by combining technologies and non-technological factors.

Why we’re doing this

You’re working hard to make your buildings sustainable and achieve a great NABERS rating. But are you getting the most value from it? Are your tenants paying attention, and are they following you on the journey?

If they aren’t, you want them to be. Your green credentials are a selling point, not just to corporates but to their staff.

At Mad Men for the Planet, marketing gurus Howard Parry-Husbands and Adam Cadwallader will reveal the secrets of how to sell green and get your messages out effectively. They’ll help coach you as you work on a bespoke solution.
