This course examines the Macintosh operating system and a number of utilities used to manage Macintosh computers. It is designed for help desk or service desk staff and other support staff who require a greater depth of understanding when dealing with issues and when to escalate to qualified technicians. This course is for help-desk staff who are either familiar with Windows operating system support but are new to macOS support OR for Macintosh users who wish to strengthen their understanding of the Macintosh Operating system. It provides essential management strategies for anyone who has to support macOS.

What you need to provide 

For remotely delivered courses you will be expected to use your own Mac computer with macOS 10.15 Catalina installed, and have a second device  with camera amd microphone to access course materials. Contact training@compnow.com.au if you do not have a Mac availble.
