Our 2-hour cooking class costs $120 per person and focuses on the fundamentals of preparing delicious food, using fresh produce.

• Make macarons using Italian meringue
• Bake techniques
• Pipe techniques
• Make three different fillings and flavours
• I will provide you with solutions to issues you might encounter while making Macarons
Tasting of the dishes is included at the end of the class!
Francois' Private Kitchen's cooking classes are intimate, friendly, and limited to 7 students so that everyone has ample space to work in a relaxed and comfortable environment. I will welcome you in our Balcatta kitchen, or for an even more personal experience, I can come to your own kitchen if you are five people or more!
