Mindfulness at work not only reduces stress and related illnesses, it also improves productivity. Increased stress, anxiety, time-pressure, loss of control, competing demands and depleted energy … these are some of the everyday norms of a working life.
Recognising the need and desire for a life and work balance is a growing expectation. Workplace wellbeing is a critical investment on the part of both organisations and busy professionals.
This class provides the opportunity for people to find their own workplace balance by providing simple and easy skills for resilience and well-being. The focus is that it teaches you to self-manage stress through easy and simple techniques you can use daily.
You'll pick up skills that improve productivity, well-being, self-assuredness and resilience.

Sabina’s professional experience in the mental health field allowed her to observe the relationship between health and stress.
