Event description

Description

Resilience is the ability to recover and return to normality after confronting an abnormal, alarming and often unexpected threat. Resilient individuals are able to accommodate the unexpected, to adapt, to engage and recover from disruptive events, and in some cases to become stronger as a result of the experience.
This lecture explores the critical elements of resilience, how to practice resilient approaches and how to persevere with a truly life altering approach.
