At our Melbourne training centre we offer HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection.

Please note, if you are planning to enrol on the day, please bring:

- Your student USI number

- Photo identification (e.g., driver's licence, Medicare card, concession card, etc.)

- Any prior qualifications you hold- Your initial deposit

If you intend to enrol in the HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection, you will also be required to provide the following to commence work placement (mandatory as part of the course):

- A Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Police Check

- Current vaccination records.
