Hey, my name is Renee and I moved to Dunsborough in 2011 with my husband and our 2 dogs. I have worked as a primary school teacher for the last 15 years. I have spent many years trying many different ways to be green and reduce the toxins in our home...in fact, I started this journey back in 2009.

Previous to this, I actually cleaned those crazy incredible luxury motor yachts all over the world, but mostly in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Now I just clean my own house...which is much better!

During this time, I continually tried to find low-cost and natural alternatives at the supermarket but just could not find something that was completely safe, natural or cheap! It was very frustrating as the products were either expensive, were just adding to the plastic problem or they still contained 'known endocrine' disrupting chemicals - often hidden in the term 'fragrance' or 'perfume'.

What did I want in my home cleaning products?

Actually, it was quite scary and disgusting when I came to the realization that most of these products still contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals. These affect our hormones on a daily basis! Crazy hey?
