We all want to live an unbound life—to be liberated and free. Yet, paradoxically, we all want to be loved and love in return. It’s the longing for love that leads to attachment. And it’s the clinging dependency that causes inevitable suffering.
Love without attachment (non-attachment) is a highly beneficial state of mind. Not only in relationships, but also with possessions, our body, emotions and thoughts.
Non-attachment is not indifference. Indifference is heedless, whereas non-attachment refers to a state of mind that is objective and not clingy. Which springs from a deep understanding and awareness of the nature of human existence.
Join us for this special Valentine’s workshop and discover how love without attachment is generous, expansive, inclusive, receptive and liberating.

"It's not often I rate anything as 5 star, but for me the intellectual growth and realisations I am experiencing from these workshops is having a profound effect on my life and way of living as a whole. What else could be considered 5 star? I look forward to spending time with such a cool bunch of people. As long as there is a cushion on the floor or a squeezy spot on the sofa I'll be coming along."—Will Wilson
I'm your quintessential Aussie guy. Cheeky, enjoys a beer, loves playing and watching footy. Yet I stumbled across a more spiritual side recently—either by accident or by design. And I've started implementing the knowledge that I’ve been exposed to through Meredith's classes. I can honestly say that I feel much clearer in my head and my heart. Much happier and more positive."—Andrew Honas
