Today, far too many people struggle to manage the early signs of stress, anxiety or depression.
Our Roadshows aim to improve the mind health of men & women of all ages. The Save a Mate - Look over the Gate Wellbeing Roadshow will start from Tailem Bend, before heading over to Loxton, Renmark, Waikerie and ending in Morgan.
Speakers Roma Aloisi and Anthony Hart will deliver powerful stories and share the tips and tricks learned on how they bounced back when confronted by their own mind health challenges.
By attending you will learn:
- How you can take 4 steps to better mind health
- Ways to spot the signs in others when they're not doing so great
- Where and how to access community resources, to help get back on track mentally
- Tips and tools you can use instantly to help better your own physical and mind health
