Join Fabian Dattner, well known to many Australians for her work with leaders and with women, as she hosts the next Loddon Women’s Network virtual event on May 24th from 11-12pm.

It is a complex time, and the structure of leadership and organisations is changing rapidly. The influence of people at all levels matters more now than ever before. You may know more technically than someone else, or maybe have more positional power, but ultimately who we are and how we treat others is the distinguishing capability that we crave in the people around us. Knowing how to be influential irrespective of title or pay-grade is a wonderful thing.

Specifically in this session we will cover:

• Understanding your sphere of influence
• Getting your voice heard, whilst remaining constructive

Fabian is a leadership activist, a significant champion for women, has coached literally thousands of people and worked with many hundreds of organisations, both within Australia and overseas. She will give us plenty of opportunity to ask questions, interrogate ideas, talk to each other and think about our role together.
