Description

This page is for booking tickets for the Leading for Change (Advanced) - Diploma course. Book tickets for the Leading for Change (Essentials) - Certificate IV course here.

We are excited to announce two public programs commencing in Newcastle in March 2018:

  • Leading for Change (Advanced) - Diploma qualification

  • Leading for Change (Essentials) - Certificate IV qualification

Delivered in collaboration with the Australian College of Mining (RTO No. 110084), these programs offer a nationally accredited qualification and help you learn in a challenging and enjoyable environment. We provide tools that work in the real world, not just in textbooks, support you to make and track improvements and all in a robust and engaging learning environment.

Many organisations in the Hunter Valley are using this program internally including Origin Energy, the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) and Valley Longwall International. Some quotes from participants in 2017:

“I’ve already managed to reduce operating costs by $96,042 – there will be more by the end of 2017”

“I’ll be able to use the tools from this course throughout my career

“I was much more focused on the doing. Now I’m constantly thinking about my level of work”

“I’ve made some immediate changes to the way I manage my personal priorities which I have noticed has increased my productivity levels dramatically
