By Sunshine Coast Carer Gateway Services

Overview

Join Social Worker Natasha McGrath in a safe space to share, reflect, and learn strategies for coping with loss/grief.

Caring for someone often brings profound changes to relationships and identity. This 2-hour workshop, facilitated by social worker Natasha McGrath, explores ambiguous grief—the hidden sorrow that comes when loss is unclear or ongoing. Through interactive discussion, reflective exercises, and practical tools like EFT Tapping, you’ll learn ways to find meaning, reduce stress, and honour your experience. Join us to connect with others, share stories, and discover strategies for resilience.

This session is for unpaid carers registered with Carer Gateway.
To register, call 1800 422 737 or drop into the Hub for support with registration.

Bookings aren’t essential, drop in's always welcome. But it is helpful to make sure we have enough supplies and snacks for everyone.
