As you complete this course, you will explore what makes a healthy lifestyle, and identify simple ways that you can work towards healthy mental and physical wellbeing. You will also complete a goal map that will help you set and track smart, achievable long-term goals.
Below is some more information about what we will be looking at over the 3 week course:
Week 1: Healthy living - Take the first step towards healthy living by learning about what activities the brain needs to engage in to perform at its best.
Week 2: Goal Mapping - See where are you now, where you would like to be, and plot the path you'll take to get there by setting relevant, achievable goals.
Week 3: Obstacles - Learn how to handle and overcome obstacles along your way, so that you can walk your path with confidence.
Note: This course is run over 3 evenings: 1 evening per week for 3 weeks - Wed 3/5, 10/5 & 17/5. To receive your Certificate of Completion, you will need to attend all 3 sessions.
