(Live Online) TRANSCEND: Breathwork, Sound Healing and Energy Healing

Singer/songwriter and healer Citadel has been holding space for breathwork, sound healing and moon circles for the past eight years in Sydney, Byron Bay, online and around the world. She is passionate about creating spaces for you to return to the depth of your heart and wisdom of your soul.

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality where you get access to supressed memories, emotions and feelings, your subconscious mind (where your beliefs are held), your intuition, intuitive gifts, your energy and many other mystical parts of existence.

Through a specific circular breathing technique we can release stuck and blocked energy and emotion in the body, receive downloads, wisdom and clarity, connect with loved ones that have passed, experience deep cellular healing and mystical experiences an much more.

Citadel connects and channels healing sound through her voice and also supports the group by giving Reiki (energy healing) and her unique intuitive energy healing technique. She also uses crystal singing bowls.

Energy is not bound by space or time so you can experience this healing journey from the comfort of your own home. The session is done in real time and a recording of the session will be available for those who can't make the time live.
