Could you be a Foster Carer?

Across Melbourne's greater metro area, we have an urgent need for more Foster Carers - nurturing people who are willing and able to provide stable, loving homes for children, teenagers or siblings who are unable to live safely with their birth family.

We welcome carers of any sexualities, genders, cultures and religions. You can be single or partnered, working or retired, with or without children of your own. To become a Foster Carer, your ability to care for and nurture a child is what really matters.

Some experience with children who have complex needs due to trauma or disability is desirable, but not essential. We provide full training, 24/7 support and financial assistance to help cover the cost of providing care.
