Little Spirit Circle is an invitation to mindfully play, connect and learn with your children in a safe, loving and nature-centred environment.

Together, hosts Georgia and Phoebe, aim to create regular circle gatherings for parents of babies and young children to explore mindfullness, gentle parenting, spiritual practices and to connect with nature in a meaningful way.

We would love for you to join us for our first Little Spirit Circle and welcome in an exciting new chapter.

What to expect from your space in circle:

- Gather in circle under beautiful trees in Queens Park - babies in arms and children of all ages welcome

- Child-friendly grounding meditation and energy cleansing to ground and calm us

- Nature centred invitations to play and explore our environment

- Affirmation card to take home

- Connection with like-minded families

Please bring along a picnic rug or yoga mat to sit on, waterbottle and snacks for your little ones.
