Event description

Description

This workshop is for NVivo for Windows users. This workshop introduces importing and coding of literature review materials and key tools that can be particularly helpful when reviewing literature in your area of research.

This is a full day workshop, funded by the Southern Cross Postgraduate Association and the Student Services Amenities Fund. Participants are asked to arrive 5 minutes early to log in to lab computers, and asked to attend the full session. Please bring your own lunch, as we have prioritised quantity and quality of training sessions in 2017 over catering. The student lounge in each SCU campus has facilities for heating, toasting and tea/coffee making. If we can improve your access through any adjustments, please email scpa-resources@scu.edu.au.

The workshop will be delivered by Dr Jenine Beekhuyzen, Director of Adriot research and a QSR accredited trainer, with 15 years of research experience across a number of government, industry and university projects, and 10 years experience in training in qualitative research software and methods. Jenine is an Honorary Fellow in the School of Information Technology, Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment at Deakin University and is an Adjunct Professor in the Institute of Integrated and Intelligent Systems at Griffith University.
